The student board

Players helping lead the club.

NAU Women’s Lacrosse Club has a full coaching staff and a student board. Coaches lead player development and competition; the board helps turn the team’s goals into a season by organizing logistics, supporting club administration, communicating with players, and working with university partners and league contacts.

Board members also help coordinate travel and competition details, contribute to fundraising and outreach, welcome new players, and represent their teammates in club decisions. Exact responsibilities are assigned by position and may shift from season to season.

This partnership keeps the club connected on and off the field while giving players a direct voice in how the program moves forward.
